  • Panaskan wajan tebal, masukkan minyak zaitun dan 2 potong daging. Masak hingga sisinya kecokelatan, balikkan. Masak hingga sisi lainnya kecokelatan.
  • Tambahkan tomat, bawang putih, dan air/kaldu. Kecilkan api, teruskan memasak hingga mendidih.
  • Masukkan kulit jeruk parut dan air jeruk. Masak hingga daging empuk. Angkat.
  • Sajikan dengan taburan daun peterseli cincang.

TIP DAPUR :

  • Untuk alternatif sajian, iga sapi bisa diganti dengan iga kambing atau iga domba.
  • Cara mempercepat proses mengempukkan daging, Anda bisa merebus dahulu daging dengan menggunakan panci tekan selama 15 menit. Setelah itu, masak daging sesuai petunjuk resep.
